Carlos Rosero is a professional in the Plastic Arts who enjoys prestige and recognition, with a trajectory of 46 years of artistic activity. He is considered among the ten "most important living painters of Ecuadorian painting", deserving of 20 awards. He has exhibited his work in more than 70 national and international exhibitions, biennials, and triennials of Art. His works are part of public collections in Ecuadorian Museums, and a part of his work has been declared heritage by the MUNA. His work is part of the collection of the prefecture of Osaka, Japan. Additionally, his work is also part of private collections in Ecuador, Argentina, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Venezuela, Peru, Hungary, Mexico, Chile, among others. He has received the Decorations of the Ecuadorian House of Culture "FOR CULTURAL MERIT" (Ecuador, 1997) and from the National Government "FOR NATIONAL CULTURAL MERIT" (Ecuador, 1996).
